Delivery & Shipping

Sweet Home Furniture delivers across Massachusetts and the surrounding region from our two warehouses in Framingham and Saugus. Most in-stock pieces ship the same week.

Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at either showroom during business hours. Once your order is ready, we will email and text you so you can come in any day that works.

Delivery

  • Standard delivery — drop-off at the door of your home or apartment
  • White-glove delivery — our team brings the pieces inside, places them in the room of your choice and removes the packaging
  • Assembly — available on most beds, dining tables and entertainment centers

Delivery zones

We deliver to all of Massachusetts and parts of New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Delivery fees are calculated by zip code at checkout.

Estimated timing

  • Same week: Greater Boston, MetroWest, North Shore, South Shore
  • Within 7–10 days: rest of Massachusetts
  • Within 2 weeks: southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island

Track your delivery

Every order receives an SMS update the day before delivery and the morning of, with a 2-hour delivery window. If anything changes, our customer service team is available at both showrooms.
